Job summary

PT Dua Delapan Resources in Jakarta Selatan seeks an experienced Mining/Environmental professional to oversee reclamation activities and watershed rehabilitation for its subsidiary. You will coordinate management support, develop data systems, and ensure Plan vs.

Actual performance is tracked with attention to regulatory requirements. The role requires 3+ years of mining experience (2+ years on nickel sites), strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and mining software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining, civil, or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years at a nickel mining site.
• Strong understanding of mining operations, reclamation, watershed rehabilitation, licensing processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to perform Plan vs. Actual analysis and identify gaps.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills; able to work with management, subsidiaries, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with mining-related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor reclamation activities for the subsidiary and coordinate management support as required.
• Manage and monitor Watershed Rehabilitation (DAS) activities for the subsidiary and coordinate management support as required.
• Develop and manage the Database/Data Bank of the subsidiary, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Conduct reconciliation of Plan vs. Actual performance and ensure follow-up on gaps or deviations.
• Ensure completeness and compliance of technical mining documents (RPT, RIPPM, RR, etc.).
• Coordinate with government agencies on document evaluation, regulatory requirements, and mining licensing processes.
• Prepare management reports and provide insights to support management decision-making.
