Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analytics Team Lead within Fintech, Banking, or Tech (P2P lending preferred).
• Expertise in data analysis to detect errors and anomalies in customer credit behavior.
• Experience coordinating data pipelines and identifying necessary data points.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
• Proficiency in creating reports and delivering presentations to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of audit analytics, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Conduct in-depth audit analysis to identify errors, anomalies, and potential fraud in various banking processes.
• Coordinate with data engineering and other teams to design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines.
