Job summary

FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. seeks a Sustainability Lead to drive UNIQLO Indonesia’s Planet, People, and Society initiatives by translating strategy into structured programs with clear milestones.

You will coordinate with PR, Marketing, Store Operations, HR, Legal, and external partners, developing reports and communications to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. The role requires strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver impact in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 6–8 years of sustainability, CSR, or related experience.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate sustainability initiatives across Planet, People, and Society pillars.
• Collaborate with PR, Marketing, Store Ops, HR, Legal and others to implement programs.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communications on sustainability activities.
• Coordinate with NGOs, communities, partners, vendors for partnerships.
• Monitor trends, regulations, and opportunities to improve programs.
