Job summary

PT LX International Indonesia is seeking an ESG & Sustainability Superintendent to lead the company's sustainability initiatives, aligning efforts with strategy, managing data collection and reporting, and engaging with stakeholders to raise ESG awareness.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a related field, with at least two years in sustainability/ESG and knowledge of major reporting frameworks. Korean language skills are a plus; position is based in Jakarta with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability or related field.
• At least 2 years in Sustainability/ESG or reporting.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, IFRS Sustainability Standards, GHG Protocol, ISO).
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication and PM skills.
• Korean language speaking is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESG and sustainability initiatives aligned with the company's strategy and business objectives.
• Manage ESG data collection, sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate related policies and best practices to stakeholders to raise sustainability awareness.
• Ensure internal approvals for the related department output.
• Conduct research on sustainability topics, frameworks and best practices.
• Support documentation, presentation materials, and internal reporting for sustainability programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support ESG & sustainability programs.
