Job summary

PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) invites you to join its Sustainability team, a pivotal group advancing a more sustainable future in Indonesia. The role focuses on data collection, analysis and collaboration with internal stakeholders to strengthen external assessments and reporting.

You will drive dashboards, evidence gathering, and cross‑functional coordination to support climate, conservation, and energy transition projects while maintaining a proactive, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• Five years of sustainability project experience including climate change, environmental protection, RSPO/ISPO/ISCC/PEFC/FSC and energy transition.
• Knowledge of Indonesian and international environmental and social policies.
• Familiarity with UN GRI reporting, TCFD, World Bank IFS-PS; SPOTT/Sustainalytics is a plus.
• Strong networking to collaborate with colleagues, partners and consultants.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong computer skills in MS Excel and standard apps; basic programming is a plus.
• Able to work flexibly in remote/online environments with multi-department teams.
• Initiative, strong analytical skills and diligent project completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate sustainability data collection and analysis.
• Conduct structured reviews of External Sustainability Assessment results.
• Prepare assessment dashboards and gather evidence for External Sustainability Assessment with internal stakeholders.
• Execute the External Sustainability Assessment process online and offline.
• Support sustainability reporting, publications development, stakeholders’ engagement forums and maintain the sustainability website.
• Provide technical/scientific support & benchmarking for projects related to sustainability, conservation, renewable energy, and environmental & social risks.

Key Functions

• Manage and coordinate sustainability related data collection and analysis.
• Conduct structured reviews of External Sustainability Assessment results.
• Prepare assessment dashboard and calculation and gathering related evidence for External Sustainability Assessment in collaboration with other internal stakeholders.
• Execute the External Sustainability Assessment process both online and offline.
• Support sustainability reporting and publications development, stakeholders’ engagement forum and maintain sustainability website updated.
• Provide Technical or Scientific Support & Benchmarking for Projects related to: Sustainability, Conservation, Renewable energy, Environmental & Social risks.

Skill and Experience:

1. At least five years' experience of working on sustainability projects such as climate change, environmental protection, RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, FSC, PEFC and energy transition - including related data analysis.
2. Good understanding of Indonesian policies and international policies/regulations related to the environment and social issues.
3. Knowledge/Experience of UN GRI reporting, TCFD, World Bank IFS-PS and sustainability related certification and assessment of SPOTT and Sustainalytics will be an advantage.
4. Demonstrate networking skills to work effectively with a diverse group of colleagues, partners, stakeholders and/or consultants.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
6. Excellent computer skills in MS Excel and other standard applications (e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Understanding of basic programming will also be an advantage.
7. Ability to work flexibly in remote/online environments with multi-departmental teams across the company.
8. Candidates with initiative, acute analytical skills and demonstrated commitment to completing projects on time with the necessary due diligence are preferred.
