Job summary

FINNS Beach Club in Bali is seeking a driven Cook Helper – Sushi Bar to support our sushi team in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will prep ingredients, help with plating, and ensure cleanliness across the sushi station.

The role requires 1–2 years in a kitchen, proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and a collaborative attitude. Join us to grow your skills at a world-renowned beach club.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant culinary experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal is preferred
• Must be honest, have a positive attitude and enjoy teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sushi Chefs by prepping ingredients, washing and cutting vegetables, and preparing sushi rice.
• Keep sushi bar, tools, and refrigeration clean, sanitized, and organized during the shift.
• Monitor ingredient levels, restock the sushi line, and manage proper storage/rotation of perishables.
• Assist in basic assembly and presentation of sushi plates, rolls, and appetizers to standard.
