Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of basic poultry management and animal welfare.

Job Summary PT Multi Farmindo Jaya is seeking a dedicated and reliable Support Farm Operator for our PS (Parent Stock) Kabuh facility. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities on the poultry farm to ensure optimal production efficiency, animal welfare, and adherence to company biosafety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily care and maintenance of Parent Stock (PS) poultry, including feeding, drinking water management, and monitoring health conditions.
• Ensure the strict implementation of farm biosecurity and sanitation protocols to prevent disease outbreaks.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain farm equipment, ventilation systems, and housing facilities to ensure they are functioning optimally.
• Help manage and collect production data, such as feed consumption, mortality rates, and egg collection.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across the farm premises, including pens, feed storage areas, and surrounding environments.
• Collaborate with the farm supervisor and technical teams to implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably majoring in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a poultry farm, specifically Parent Stock (PS) or commercial farming, is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic poultry management, biosecurity measures, and animal welfare.
• Good physical stamina and willingness to work hands‑on in a farm environment.
• Strong discipline, sense of responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to be placed at the PS Kabuh farm and adapt to farm schedule requirements.
