Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Previous poultry farm experience preferred, especially PS or commercial farming.
• Understanding of basic poultry management and biosecurity.
• Willingness to work hands-on on a farm.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to farm schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily care and maintenance of PS poultry, including feeding and water management.
• Ensure strict farm biosecurity and sanitation protocols to prevent disease.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain farm equipment, ventilation systems, and housing facilities.
• Help manage and collect production data: feed consumption, mortality rates, egg collection.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across farm premises and surroundings.
• Collaborate with the farm supervisor and technical teams to implement SOPs.

Job Responsibilities \\* Assist in the daily care and maintenance of Parent Stock (PS) poultry, including feeding, drinking water management, and monitoring health conditions. \\* Ensure the strict implementation of farm biosecurity and sanitation protocols to prevent disease outbreaks. \\* Operate, monitor, and maintain farm equipment, ventilation systems, and housing facilities to ensure they are functioning optimally. \\* Help manage and collect production data, such as feed consumption, mortality rates, and egg collection. \\* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across the farm premises, including pens, feed storage areas, and surrounding environments. \\* Collaborate with the farm supervisor and technical teams to implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
