Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final-year student in engineering, management, economics or business administration.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Calculate order qty by considering stock, outstanding PO, and demand qty
• Calculate qty needs for SKU with BOM
• Identify capacity warehouse and decide the verdict for reschedule approval
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on time delivery and maintain SLA of PO creation
• Maintain and improve Out of Stock rate, loss sales rate, and DOI across category
• Side project: automate BAU task using data programming tools
