Job summary

ASTRO, perusahaan quick commerce di Indonesia, sedang mencari spesialis Supply Chain untuk mengelola PO produk segar, pemetaan vendor, dan alokasi pasokan antar vendor.

Posisi ini bersifat freelance dengan skema kerja hybrid di wilayah West Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia, dan berfokus pada koordinasi harian pasokan serta negosiasi harga vendor.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang bisnis, pemasaran, akuntansi, atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di Category Management, Brand Management, atau Trade Marketing.
• Kemampuan menangani inisiatif manajemen kategori dan mengelola banyak SKU.
• Keterampilan analitis, negosiasi, dan manajemen proyek yang terbukti.
• Detail-oriented, ambisius, terorganisir dengan orientasi pemilikan tindakan.
• Mampu bekerja di lingkungan cepat dengan banyak pemangku kepentingan.

Responsibilities

• Buat dan keluarkan Purchase Order (PO) untuk produk segar secara berkala.
• Lakukan pemetaan vendor untuk 200+ SKU segar.
• Alokasikan kuantitas pasokan antar vendor berdasarkan kinerja pengiriman, kualitas, dan harga.
• Lakukan pembaruan harga vendor mingguan dan negosiasi, serta pembaruan sistem di WMS.
• Pantau proses inbound dari vendor ke gudang dan atasi keterlambatan atau penolakan.
• Ikut rapat OOS harian dan pembaruan operasional terkait pasokan dan permintaan.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Manage and issue Purchase Orders (PO) for fresh products on a regular basis (every 2–3 days), including additional PO from Sales due to force majeure or demand spikes.

• Conduct vendor mapping for 200+ fresh produce SKUs, ensuring the right vendor allocation for each product.

• Allocate supply quantities across multiple vendors (e.g. 1,000 pcs split into 5 vendors) based on delivery performance, quality, and pricing.

• Perform weekly vendor price updates and negotiations, including system updates in WMS and regular vendor monitoring.

• Monitor inbound processes from vendors to warehouse, ensuring on-time delivery and managing potential delays or rejections.

• Actively participate in daily OOS meetings and daily operational updates related to supply and demand.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields.

• 1–2 years of experience in Category Management, Brand Management, or Trade Marketing

• Proven ability to handle category management initiatives and manage multiple SKUs simultaneously.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.

• Highly detail-oriented, ambitious, and organized with strong ownership and bias for action.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
