BAGS CITY GROUP, a leading retailer of luggage and travel accessories, seeks a Supply Chain Manager to optimize logistics, warehouses, and inventory across Indonesia. The role drives cost efficiency and scalable supply chain solutions to support growth.

As a key leader, you will oversee transportation, 3PL partnerships, and distribution networks, while building KPI frameworks and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and E-commerce teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years in supply chain/logistics/warehouse/distribution operations.
• At least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing warehouse operations, transportation, inventory control, and distribution processes.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management and cost control.
• Experience with third-party logistics providers and SLAs.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Experience using ERP/WMS and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to optimize our logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, and nationwide distribution network. As a key leader, you will drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and scalable supply chain solutions to support our growing retail business.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Logistics & Distribution Management

• Develop and implement logistics and distribution strategies to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient product delivery across showrooms, department stores, and e-commerce channels.
• Manage transportation operations, delivery schedules, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and logistics service levels.
• Monitor logistics costs, delivery performance, and transportation productivity to identify improvement opportunities.

2. Warehouse Management

• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock transfers.
• Ensure warehouse productivity, space utilization, operational accuracy, and compliance with established SOPs.
• Implement process improvements, warehouse systems, and operational controls to enhance efficiency and scalability.

3. Inventory Control

• Establish inventory control procedures to maintain stock accuracy and visibility across warehouses and retail locations.
• Monitor stock movement, inventory discrepancies, aging stock, and stock availability in coordination with relevant departments.
• Implement regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and root-cause analysis to minimize inventory loss and operational errors.

4. Supply Chain Performance & Improvement

• Establish and monitor KPIs related to logistics costs, warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and service levels.
• Analyze operational data and develop improvement initiatives to optimize costs, processes, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with Sales & Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and E-commerce teams to align stock distribution with business needs.

5. Team Leadership & Network Development

• Lead, develop, and evaluate the logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams to achieve operational targets.
• Develop distribution center (DC) or regional distribution center (RDC) strategies to improve distribution coverage, delivery lead times, and scalability across Indonesia.
• Lead supply chain improvement projects, including network optimization, system implementation, and operational standardization.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
3. Proven experience managing warehouse operations, transportation, inventory control, and distribution processes.
4. Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, distribution planning, and logistics cost control.
5. Experience managing third-party logistics providers, transport vendors, and operational service-level agreements.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements.
7. Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems; proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
8. Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
9. Willingness to travel to warehouses, distribution facilities, and retail locations when required.
10. Willing to work on-site from our head office BSD, Tangerang Selatan.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, brand principal or manufacturing company.
• Experience developing or optimizing distribution centers and regional distribution networks.
• Experience implementing warehouse systems, inventory control improvements, or supply chain process automation.
