Job summary

Japfa is seeking a QA Manager to lead quality assurance and control across production processes. You will develop and implement QA plans, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with halal standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Experienced in carrying out quality management roles in the food manufacturing industry (meat processing will be advantage).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of regulations, standards, and certifications in the halal food industry.
• Experienced in implementing GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000.
• Experienced in applying quality assurance and control methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Able to perform data analysis, trend identification, and improvement recommendations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Willing to be placed in Serang, Banten.
