Ruangguru is seeking an experienced Early Learning Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the Depok childcare facility. You will lead a team of childcare professionals, ensure programs meet high standards of care, and foster a positive learning environment for children.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and regulatory knowledge, plus excellent communication with parents. You will drive staff development, maintain licensing compliance, and uphold the center's reputation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development, curriculum frameworks, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and mentor a team of childcare professionals, including conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing support.
• Ensure the implementation of high-quality educational programs and daily routines in accordance with center policies.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant government regulations and licensing requirements.
• Develop and foster positive relationships with parents and the wider community.
