Job summary

PT Bumi Menara Internusa (BMI) seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in the seafood processing facilities. You will oversee shrimp production, ensure quality and quantity targets are met, and streamline processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries, Food/Industrial Technology or related field, with proven leadership and strong knowledge of food safety systems. Based in Indonesia with BMI's global shipping commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in shrimp production.
• Knowledge of fish/seafood processing.
• Understanding of Food Safety and Quality Management System.
