JAPFA invites experienced professionals to join our shrimp hatchery teams in Indonesia as a Larvae Production Supervisor. You will supervise daily hatchery operations, monitor larval rearing, water quality, and biosecurity, and drive production targets with hands-on leadership across units.

Qualifications

• 2 years as Larvae Production Supervisor or 3 years as Technician in a shrimp hatchery.
• Knowledge of larval rearing, live feed production, water quality, and biosecurity.
• Strong leadership to oversee daily production and meet targets.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Marine Science, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Larvae Production Supervisor or 3 years of experience as a Larvae Production Technician in a shrimp hatchery.

3. Strong knowledge of shrimp hatchery operations, including larval rearing, live feed production, water quality management, and biosecurity practices.

4. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee daily production activities and achieve production targets.

5. Good communication skills in English will be an advantage

6. Willing to travel and be placed across company units throughout Indonesia.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Mengawasi dan mengoordinasikan operasional harian hatchery udang untuk memastikan target produksi tercapai.

2. Memantau proses hatchery, kualitas air, dan kualitas benur/larva guna menjaga performa produksi yang optimal.

3. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP, protokol biosekuriti, standar mutu, dan keselamatan kerja.

4. Mendukung perencanaan produksi, penyusunan jadwal, serta koordinasi dengan tim operasional dan teknis terkait.

5. Memimpin, mengembangkan, dan mengevaluasi kinerja supervisor serta staf

6. Laporan isu operasional, sekaligus mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan dan penyelesaian masalah operasional.

Kualifikasi

1. Diploma (D3/D4) atau Sarjana (S1) Perikanan, Akuakultur, Ilmu Kelautan, atau bidang terkait.

2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor Produksi Larva atau 3 tahun sebagai Teknisi Produksi Larva di hatchery udang.

3. Memahami operasional hatchery udang, termasuk pemeliharaan larva, produksi pakan alami, manajemen kualitas air, dan penerapan biosekuriti.

4. Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan dan manajemen tim yang baik untuk mengelola aktivitas produksi harian serta mencapai target produksi.

5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah

6. Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas dan ditempatkan di unit perusahaan di seluruh Indonesia.
