Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or related field.
• 3–5 years of shrimp farming or technical service experience.
• Strong technical expertise in shrimp culture and diagnostics.
• Fluent English with strong technical communication skills.
• Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

Shrimp Technical Service (Aquafeed International)

Exciting opportunity for a driven Shrimp Technical Service to join the dynamic team at PT Suri Tani Pemuka (JAPFA GROUP), a leading Company in the aquaculture industry. In this contract role with international placement, you will be responsible for providing technical support to shrimp farming operations, analyzing cultivation performance, and delivering recommendations to optimize productivity and farm performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver on-site technical solutions to boost shrimp farm productivity and profitability.

Monitor water quality, feed programs, and shrimp health to identify performance improvement opportunities.

Diagnose farm‑level challenges and provide actionable recommendations for corrective measures

Build strong customer relationships through regular field visits and technical engagement

Collaborate with the sales team to strengthen customer trust and support business growth.

Prepare insightful reports on farm performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor of Aquaculture, Fisheries, or related field.

3-5years experience in shrimp farming or technical service.

Strong technical expertise in shrimp culture and farm diagnostics.

Fluent English with good technical communication skills.

Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.

Field-oriented, highly adaptable.

Willing to be placed at farm locations across all STP units in abroad and Indonesia.
