Job summary

Leighton Asia in Indonesia is seeking a Senior MEP Coordinator to oversee civil/structural engineering projects focused on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations. You will coordinate and develop subordinates, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvements to optimize installation efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil /structural engineering or related disciplines.
• Deep knowledge upon practical application of mechanical/electrical/plumbing installation & safety legal requirements.
• Have extensive experience in MEP installation works with a capability in monitoring direct staff and subcontractors.
• Experience in managing operational and technical role in the construction industry.
• Experience working at civil contractor is preferred.
• 7++ years experience in civil/construction.

Key Accountabilities:

1. To coordinate the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works to which he has been assigned in order to ensure that targets are achieved
2. To coordinate and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time in MEP installation.
3. To coordinate continuous improvement and optimization activities in order to ensure optimum efficiencies in ongoing basis.
4. To ensure sufficient competent technical resources are available in order to effectively perform MEP installation activities.
5. To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.
6. To develop reports in order to ensure the accurate presentation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
7. To perform knowledge sharing in order to enhance the professional development within the organization

Requirements:

• Diploma in civil /structural engineering or related disciplines
