• Ability to prepare and review PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, and Standard Work Instructions.
• Experience with agile, waterfall, or stage-gate processes; strong PM skills.
• Proven leadership, data-driven decisions, and effective stakeholder communication.

Supervisor Engineering - Product Development

We are seeking a Supervisor Product Development to join our team at PT Abimanyu Sekar Nusantara in Kabupaten Purwakarta, Jawa Barat. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role within our Marketing and Communications department, specifically within Product Management and Development. As Supervisor Product Development, you will oversee the product development processes, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative products that meet market demands and company objectives. This role is integral to driving our product strategy forward and maintaining our competitive edge in the marketplace.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, product management, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity

Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 Automotive Core Tools, Proficient in Problem Solving & Decision Making tools, Able to prepare and review Process Flow Diagram (PFD), PFMEA, Control Plan, and Standard Work Instructions.

Strong knowledge of product development methodologies, including agile, waterfall, or stage-gate processes

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a cross-functional environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Proficiency in product development tools and software, such as project management platforms and data analysis tools

Understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape relevant to the industry

Preferred experience with process improvement initiatives and lean or six sigma methodologies
