Anda bertanggung jawab sebagai manajer layanan teknis untuk menjaga semua layanan teknis di BYD Indonesia dan BYD di Asia Tenggara untuk aktivitas layanan di lokasi. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat dengan pelanggan dan tim internal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of technical service experience for Pretreatment, Ecoat and Topcoat; minimum 3 years in team management roles.
• Proven ability to communicate across departments and with customers at multiple levels.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical service manager overseeing all technical services at BYD Indonesia and Southeast Asia for onsite activities.
• Lead and coordinate new project launches and ensure timely communication between customer and company.
• Drive growth and sustainability of the business at the client site.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Optima Solutions Site Manager

The Optima Solutions Site Manager plays a pivotal, customer-facing role in leading PPG operations at one or more client sites. This position oversees all site activities and team performance, managing a team within a highly complex customer environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for action as technical service manager to manage all technical services at BYD Indonesia and all BYD plant in Southeast Asia for onsite service activities which includes problem solving and new project launch. Key person to communicate between customer and company.

• Directly respond to increasing new pipeline and coordination both customer and company to successfully launch the new project.

• Key goal is growth and sustainability of business.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of technical service experience for Pretreatment, Ecoat and Topcoat with minimum 3 years of experience in team management roles

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field

• English and Indonesia language proficiency is required for this role

• Experience to working with automotive paint, auto part or related business

• Knowledge and ability to resolve PT, ED and Topcoat problem
