- Knowledge of IATF 16949 Automotive Core Tools and problem solving tools.
- Ability to prepare and review PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, and Standard Work Instructions.
- Experience with agile, waterfall, or stage-gate processes; strong PM skills.
- Proven leadership, data-driven decisions, and effective stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Oversee product development processes and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, and operations.
- Implement IATF 16949 core tools and maintain process controls.
- Develop and review PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, and standard work.
- Drive data-driven decisions and optimize product performance.
