Job summary

Leighton Asia in Indonesia seeks a Supervisor Electrical - Data Center to coordinate MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) activities on the project area, ensuring targets are achieved while maintaining a health & safe working environment.

The role requires a Diploma in civil/structural engineering with extensive MEP installation experience in construction, plus capability to supervise direct staff and subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil/structural engineering or related disciplines.
• Deep knowledge of mechanical/electrical/plumbing installation & safety requirements.
• 7 years' experience in civil/construction.
• Experience in managing operational/technical roles in construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP works to achieve targets.
• Coordinate and develop subordinates to optimize working time in MEP installation.
• Coordinate continuous improvement and optimization activities for efficiency.
• Ensure sufficient competent technical resources for MEP installation.
• Enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures and compliance with HSE.
• Develop reports for daily/weekly/monthly presentation.
• Perform knowledge sharing to enhance professional development.

• To coordinate the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works to which he has been assigned in order to ensure that targets are achieved
• To coordinate and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time in MEP installation.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge upon practical application of mechanical/electrical/plumbing installation & safety legal requirements
• 7 years' experience in civil/construction
• Have extensive experience in MEP installation works with a capability in monitoring direct staff and subcontractors
• Experience in managing operational and technical role in the construction industry.
