MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Electrical (ELE) Engineer for data center projects in Indonesia. You will design, validate, and deliver reliable electrical infrastructure across HV/MV/LV, UPS, and power distribution units, ensuring compliance with standards and client specs.
Lead end-to-end engineering activities, coordinate with vendors and clients, perform load calculations, prepare SLDs and BOQs, and support commissioning and handover to achieve on-time, high-quality project delivery.

The Electrical (ELE) Engineer (Data Center) is responsible for designing, validating, and delivering reliable electrical infrastructure solutions for large‑scale data center projects. This role oversees the end‑to‑end engineering lifecycle, including electrical system design, technical evaluation, equipment selection, stakeholder coordination, and on‑site engineering support to ensure successful project execution.
Working closely with project leadership, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients, the successful candidate will ensure that all electrical systems are designed and implemented in accordance with project specifications, local regulations, and international data center standards. The role also supports technical clarification, engineering optimization, commissioning activities, and field issue resolution to ensure system reliability, operational efficiency, and timely project delivery.
