Job summary

Leighton Asia in Indonesia seeks an Architecture Engineer to coordinate architectural design and engineering activities, ensuring construction aligns with design and specifications while following LCI health and safety procedures and meeting project timelines and budgets.

The role focuses on coordinating MEP/CSA design, supervising project teams, and communicating designs, schedules and costs to stakeholders to achieve on-time delivery with high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Coordinate all temporary and permanent works design and design consultant activities to ensure compliance with engineering requirements and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate the quality of the works including procurement of material to ensure construction continues as scheduled.
• Supervise civil engineering activities and the work of subordinates on design to ensure construction works are carried out as per program within safety and quality guidelines.
• Develop and communicate project designs, schedules, costs and results effectively to end-users with project management support.
• Coordinate with client and technical representatives and local authorities to obtain timely approvals.
• Enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectations.
• Share knowledge to enhance professional development within the organization.

• To coordinate all temporary and permanent works design and design consultant activities in order to ensure compliance with relevant engineering requirements along with technical and commercial contractual obligations.


• To coordinate the quality of the works including procurement of material (permanent and temporary works) in a timely manner in order to ensure construction continues as scheduled.


• To supervise civil engineering activities and the work of subordinates on design in order to ensure construction works are carried out as per program within safety and quality guidelines.


• To develop & communicate project designs, schedules, cost, results and recommended improvements effectively to end-users in order to allow them to be successfully implemented in the field with the support of project management.


• To coordinate with external community (client and technical representatives) and local authorities in order to ensure approvals are obtained in a timely manner.


• To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.


• To perform knowledge sharing in order to enhance the professional development within the organization.
