Job summary

PT. Pelsart Tambang Kencana is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee multiple accounting functions including payables, receivables, ledger maintenance, revenue and asset accounting.

The role focuses on accurate data posting, timely reporting, and analytical support for decision making. The ideal candidate has 3 years of accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities, familiarity with financial statements, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years accounting experience with supervisory responsibility, ideally in mining or public accounting firms.
• Familiar with financial statements preparation and accounting standards.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word; knowledge of Oracle and Ellipse is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and financial statements.
• Oversee daily transactions, bank reconciliations, payables/receivables, and general ledger.
• Prepare budgeting and forecast reports.
• Track progress of accounting and financial objectives.
• Establish accounting procedures and policies aligned with company targets.
• Manage month-end and year-end closings.
• Monitor day-to-day performance of the accounting department.
• Organize financial data into valuable information and maintain updated records.

Job description

Supervises accounting staff in the day to day operations of one or more accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, ledger maintenance, revenue and asset accounting as well as associated analysis and reporting. Oversees calculating, posting, and verification of financial data for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records

Requirements

• 3 Years area of Accounting (preferably in Public Accounting Firm as Auditor) with supervisor level or mining company
• Familiar with financial Statements Preparation and accounting standards
• Good analytical skills, logical thinker and problem solving
• Ms. Excel, Word, Accounting Software (preferable Oracle & Ellipse)

Responsibilities:

• To Prepare Journal Entries and Financial Statements
