Role Overview

As Superintendent-PMR, you will oversee the achievement of budgeted production targets for various precious metals, ensuring compliance with purity specifications, budgeted costs, and timelines. Your role encompasses metal accounting, ensuring maximum plant uptime, reviewing SOP implementation, and motivating the team through continuous training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee annual and monthly production plans in alignment with marketing demands.
• Ensure the achievement of targeted production of Gold and Silver Bar, Selenium Granules, Tellurium, and PGM within specified purity ranges.
• Maintain plant uptime through meticulous maintenance planning, preventive measures, and shutdown management.
• Monitor and enforce SOPs, safety guidelines, environmental compliance, and good housekeeping practices.
• Drive profitability by optimizing precious metal recovery, tracking resource utilization, and managing inventory.
• Foster customer-centricity by maintaining product quality, minimizing response time, and enhancing customer satisfaction indices.
• Lead talent management by ensuring optimal team deployment, monitoring performance, and providing training for competency enhancement.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate Engineer in Chemical, Metallurgy, or Process Engineering.
• Experience: 10+ years of extensive supervisory or managerial experience in precious metal refining, with strong leadership capabilities.
