PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara seeks an experienced electrical maintenance supervisor for its Batu Hijau mining operation. The role focuses on supervising maintenance activities, coordinating shifts, and ensuring safety and reliability of electrical systems.

You will lead preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and optimize equipment availability while adhering to corporate governance and environmental standards.

Formación

• Min D3 Engineering and 10 years’ plant maintenance experience.
• Hands-on electrical maintenance in a mining environment.
• Experience with transformers, motors, LV/MV gear and ESP systems.
• Strong ability in electrical testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, shutdowns and execution.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities.
• Ensure preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance is executed safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment failures.
• Coordinate shifts, monitor work quality and manpower utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety and plant standards.

Descripción del empleo

To supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities in the copper smelter safely, efficiently and reliably, ensuring maximum availability of electrical equipment and systems. The position is responsible for effective execution of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting of electrical systems, shift coordination, work quality, manpower utilization and compliance with safety and plant standards.

Requirement

Min D3 Engineering and has 10 years experiences in maintenance of plant

Has hands-on maintenance experience in the electrical field, particularly with the following equipment:

• Transformers
• Motors
• LV & MV VSD/VFD systems
• LV MCCs
• MV switchgear (33 kV & 11 kV)
• ESP systems

In addition, we are looking for candidates with strong competency and practical experience in:

• Electrical testing and troubleshooting
• Electrical maintenance preventive maintenance, shutdown and execution
