Amman Mineral Industry is seeking a Specialist – Electro Refinery to supervise the unit during your shift, ensuring production targets and 99.99% copper cathode quality while meeting safety and environmental standards.

You will lead the team, optimize processes, monitor electrolyte circulation and electrowinning, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to secure input supply and timely product dispatch.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Chemical/Metallurgy/Process Engineering.
• 5+ years (for B.Tech) or 8+ years (for Diploma Eng) experience in process plants with leadership experience.
• Expertise in electro-refining and electro-winning, maintenance practices, and quality systems.
• Strong planning, analytical decision-making, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the Electro Refinery unit's operations during the shift to achieve targeted production volumes and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, statutory regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Motivate and train team members to enhance skills and performance during shifts.
• Collect, analyze data, and initiate improvement actions to enhance shift efficiencies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for input supply and product dispatch.
• Supervise electrolyte circulation, additive doses, and the electrowinning process for copper cathode production.
• Maintain optimal resource utilization, energy consumption, and timely maintenance of equipment during the shift.

Role Summary:As the Specialist Electro Refinery unit, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the unit during your assigned shift. Your primary focus will be on achieving production targets of Copper Cathodes with 99.99% purity while adhering to quality specifications, safety, and environmental standards.
