Job summary

Agincourt Resources at the Martabe Gold Mine site within the SCM Department leads inventory receiving, control and cataloguing, managing warehouse operations and warranties to support mining activities under Indonesian law.

The role focuses on safe warehouse operations, inventory optimisation, timely replenishment, asset protection, and close planning with user departments to maintain optimal stock levels while managing supply risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in warehousing and inventory management.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to align work activities with policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, especially warehouse/materials management modules.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Sound knowledge of materials used in mining operations.
• Understanding of Indonesian regulations relating to imports, mining and energy sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence others and build relationships.
• Sound judgement and timely decision-making in uncertain situations.
• Systematic approach to translating priorities into objectives and actions.
• Strong collaboration across teams to deliver results.
• Proactive approach to continuous learning and high performance.

Job description

Thisposition is based at the Martabe Gold Mine site within the Supply ChainManagement (SCM) Department and reports directly to the Manager – MaterialsManagement & Logistics.

SuperintendentMaterials Management is responsible for planning, developing, organising,overseeing and coordinating inventory receiving and control, cataloguing,warehouse operations, and the management of warranties and repairablecomponents. The role supports Agincourt Resources’ operations in accordancewith company standards, policies and procedures, applicable Indonesian laws,and the Contract of Work.

Theposition leads to the delivery of reliable, efficient and cost-effectivematerials management services to internal users. Key priorities include safewarehouse operations, inventory optimisation, timely replenishment, and assetprotection and security. The role also coordinates with user departments toplan material requirements and maintain appropriate inventory levels whilemanaging supply risks.

Theinventory portfolio includes diesel fuel, lubricants, lime, grinding media,ammonium nitrate, process chemicals, mill liners, heavy equipment spare partsand consumables, and construction materials

Requirements

• 1. A bachelor’s degree in management, Supply ChainManagement, Logistics or a related field.
