Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in project cost control within EPC/EPCI environments.
  • Experience in SPS, offshore, or subsea projects is preferred.
  • Strong command of professional English for cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Solid expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, variance analysis, and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Cost planning and budget control aligned with CBS/WBS and baselines.
  • Prepare and control project budgets, validate estimates, ensure traceability in cost systems.
  • Track actuals, commitments, and forecast variances; provide corrective actions.
  • Develop PM reports and management reviews; deliver cost narratives to PMT.
  • Support change management, risk/opportunity tracking, and governance compliance.
