DT Global Asia Pacific is seeking a Subnational MEL Officer to strengthen MEL systems in Kupang, NTT. You will ensure data quality, support evidence-based decision-making, and coordinate subnational MEL activities with provincial teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in M&E, strong data analysis skills, and experience engaging with Indonesian government partners. English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, demographics, public policy or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in M&E, research or learning.
• Experience engaging with Indonesia national and subnational governments.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsabilités

• Support MEL system implementation aligned with the approved MEL Framework.
• Ensure MEL systems are in place and used by all activities in the province.
• Coordinate routine monitoring and data collection from teams and partners.
• Manage data collection, analysis and reporting at subnational level.
• Document evidence and lessons learned to inform adaptive management.
• Support learning forums and events to promote evidence-based improvement.
