Job summary

Palladium is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Lead for the MSME Finance Project in Jakarta, Indonesia. The MEL Lead will oversee all MEL functions, ensuring alignment with MCC and MCA-Indonesia II requirements while managing rigorous data collection and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree and has a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in donor-funded programs. Strong analytical skills and fluency in English are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in leading MEL systems for donor-funded programs.
• Demonstrated experience with MCC or USAID MEL requirements.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in English.
