Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Experience in hospitality, wellness, or customer service is a plus.
• Must currently live in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with bookings and payments, and support daily studio operations.
• Prepare the yoga studio, healing rooms, and operational areas before classes, healing sessions, and other activities.
• Set up and organize equipment, materials, and rooms to ensure everything is ready for guests and practitioners.
• Support the team with daily operational needs and tasks as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and readiness of the studio, healing rooms, toilets, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Clean, maintain, and wash studio equipment, tools, and inventory.
• Keep operational and storage areas clean, organized, and secure.
• Handle waste and garbage disposal according to company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels in the warehouse, kitchen, and bar and report replenishment or purchasing needs.
• Receive, check, sort, and properly store incoming goods.
• Accurately record inventory quantities and reconcile incoming and outgoing goods with actual stock levels.
• Check expiry dates and support proper stock rotation.
• Support deliveries, collections, and urgent supply purchases when required.
