Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee all F&B business and operations in Bali. You will drive growth, manage daily operations, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and results.

Responsibilities include developing business strategies, optimizing SOPs, budgeting, and building supplier relationships while staying aligned with management on initiatives and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, preferably in a management or leadership position.
• Strong understanding of F&B business operations and management.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop practical and innovative solutions.
• Able to think and act quickly and effectively when handling business and operational challenges.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Hands-on, proactive, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the management team.
• Willing to be based in Bali.

• Identify business opportunities and develop creative strategies to increase revenue and brand growth.
• Make quick and effective decisions when handling operational and business challenges.
• Develop and improve SOPs, systems, and processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage budgets, operational costs, and business resources effectively.
• Work closely with the management team to develop new concepts, projects, and business initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, vendors, and other business stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
• Ensure the company maintains high standards in service, operations, and customer experience.
• Provide regular business updates, analysis, and recommendations to the company owners/management.
