Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the field of customer relations.
• Proficient in using G-Sheet, G-Doc, G-Slide, Online Meeting Applications.
• Able to work with targets.
• Have good communication skills and persistence in finding solutions to customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Managing student study schedules including: analyzing, managing capacity, communicating to students' parents and handling changes of student study schedules.
• Involved in preparing student learning plans including: collecting student information, communicating with students' parents, ensuring student learning plans run well.
• Collaborate with all teams, to simplify the process of extending the student study period.
