Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in teaching, mentoring, or counseling teenagers (experience during university acceptable for fresh graduates).
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated interest in international higher education and admissions preparation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured, personalized learning plans for Siap Kuliah students.
• Track and evaluate students’ academic progress and readiness for higher education admissions.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with students and parents/guardians regarding academic development and admission preparation.
• Collaborate with facilitators to ensure alignment on students’ learning progress and needs.
• Address and resolve feedback, concerns, or challenges raised by students and parents/guardians.
• Present students’ progress and provide strategic recommendations during progress conferences with parents/guardians.
