Job summary

Varikas Mestari Intercultural School is seeking a Student Recruitment & Marketing Executive to drive enrollment growth. You will develop campaigns, manage the admissions journey, and coordinate events to attract prospective students and parents.

You will build relationships with education consultants, feeder schools, and corporate partners, monitor marketing channels, and report on progress toward targets.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and attract new students.
• Achieve the school’s admissions and student enrollment targets.
• Manage prospective parents and students throughout the admissions journey, from enquiry → school visit/tour → follow-up → application → enrollment.
• Plan and execute Open Houses, Trial Classes, School Tours, Education Fairs, and other student recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, communities, education consultants/agents, feeder schools, and potential strategic partners.
• Monitor and analyse conversion rates and the effectiveness of each marketing channel.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, applications, conversion rates, enrolment, marketing ROI, and progress towards admissions targets.
• Collaborate closely with the school’s academic and administrative teams to ensure an effective admissions process and deliver a positive experience for prospective parents and students.
