Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking a motivated professional to support learners and drive engagement across our education programs. You will monitor students' progress, build strong relationships, and provide guidance throughout their learning journey.

You will also support sales by engaging prospective students, helping them decide on suitable programs, and contributing to both individual and team targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 in any discipline is required.
• 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Must own a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven and proactive mindset.

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
