Ruangguru is a tech-enabled education company providing a one-stop learning experience with videos, question banks, test prep, and study notes. The role involves monitoring students’ learning progress, building strong relationships, and supporting sales by engaging prospective students and guiding them to informed decisions.

You will motivate and guide learners throughout their journey, provide feedback, and help achieve personal and team targets for engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields. Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
