Job summary

Kadecons seeks a dedicated Structural Engineer in Bali to join our project team. You will perform structural analysis and design for residential, villa, and commercial projects, using ETABS or SAP2000 and AutoCAD.

We require a Civil Engineering degree (S1), at least 3 years’ experience, and strong knowledge of concrete and steel design in line with SNI. You will collaborate with Architecture, MEP, and field teams to deliver compliant structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (S1) is required.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Structural Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of concrete and steel design and structural analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for residential, villa, and commercial projects.
• Develop structural concepts, calculations, and detailed engineering designs.
• Design and assess reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Prepare structural drawings, details, and technical documentation.
• Review structural drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance.
• Coordinate structural design with Architecture, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Coordinate with Project/Site Team to ensure works follow approved design.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our construction project team. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations within the construction industry and is ready to work in a dynamic project environment.

what you’ll do :

Perform structural analysis and design for residential, villa, and commercial projects

Develop structural concepts, calculations, and detailed engineering designs

Design and assess reinforced concrete and steel structures

Prepare structural drawings, details, and technical documentation

Review structural drawings to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with design requirements

Coordinate structural design with Architectural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines

Coordinate with the Project/Site Team during construction to ensure structural works are implemented according to the approved design

What we’re looking for :

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structural Engineer

Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design for concrete and steel structures

Proficient in ETABS and/or SAP2000

Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read and interpret technical drawings

Good understanding of Indonesian Structural Standards (SNI)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
