Job summary

TTW in Jakarta is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to deliver safe, cost-effective structural solutions for a range of building projects. You will prepare designs, calculations, specifications, and reports to meet client requirements.

You will manage small to medium projects, coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, review calculations, and ensure compliance with SNI and other standards. Strong English communication and site experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 2–5+ years of experience as a Structural Engineer.
• Certification in SKK/SKA or equivalent is highly regarded.
• Sound knowledge of Indonesian SNI and/or Australian Standards.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SPACE GASS, RAM Structural System, and RAPT.
• Site experience in building projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to prioritise competing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of small to medium-sized projects, including planning, technical documentation, scheduling, and budget management.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, drafters, and multidisciplinary project teams throughout all stages of project delivery.
• Review engineering calculations, drawings, and documentation, providing technical guidance to junior engineers where required.
• Assist in planning project resources and ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with design codes, quality management systems, and health and safety requirements.

Who we're looking for

Sound knowledge of Indonesian Structural Design Standards (SNI) and/or Australian Standards.

Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SPACE GASS, RAM Structural System, and RAPT.

Site experience in building projects is highly desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Proactive, collaborative, and able to effectively prioritise competing workloads.
