Senior Technical Architect / Structural Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Architect / Structural Engineer to join our growing construction team. This role is ideal for a senior technical professional who can independently handle DED, technical drawings, structural drawings, construction details, and technical issues during construction.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, review, and revise DED and technical/working drawings.

Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations, and construction details.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and site/construction teams.

Provide fast and practical technical solutions for design changes and site issues.

Review designs from a constructability and cost-efficiency perspective.

Optimize materials, details, and construction methods to reduce unnecessary costs.

Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, practical, and ready for site execution.

Support the construction team with technical clarification and modifications when required.

Take ownership of technical issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, architecture, or design & build.

Strong experience in DED, technical/working drawings, structural drawings, and construction details.

Strong understanding of construction methods and site execution.

Able to independently identify technical problems and propose practical solutions.

Experience working closely with architects and construction/site teams.

Good understanding of constructability, material selection, and cost optimization.

Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant technical/design software.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and make timely technical decisions.
