Job summary

TTW in Jakata, Indonesia, is seeking a Structural Drafter to deliver high-quality structural drawings across building projects. You will work closely with Structural Engineers and senior drafting staff to produce coordinated documents within time and quality standards.

This role requires proficiency in Revit, strong English communication, and a proactive approach to drafting systems. You will liaise with engineers and architects, contribute ideas, and help deliver outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar structural drafting role (3–5 years).
• Proficient in drafting from engineers initial sketches to working drawings.
• Proficient in Revit for structural drafting.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Relevant qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft from engineers' initial sketches to working drawings for builders.
• Liaise with engineers and architects on documentation coordination.
• Assist Lead Engineer in preparing preliminary sketches from architectural drawings.

We’re looking for a Structural Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Structural Engineers and senior drafting staff to deliver high‑quality structural documentation across a range of building projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and coordinated structural drawings and models, while contributing to the successful delivery of projects within agreed timeframes and quality standards.

Additionally, in this role you will:

• Competently draft from engineers initial sketch design to produce working drawings which can be interpreted by builders.
• Liaise with engineers and architects on the preparation and coordination of documentation.
• Assist Lead Engineer in the preparation of preliminary sketch designs from architectural drawings as required.
• Actively input ideas to the progressive improvement of the drafting systems
• Communicate relevant project information as appropriate to the project leaders/project team.

Who we are looking for

• Relevant qualification is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally around 3-5 years
• Proficient in structural drafting using Revit
• Proficiency in 3D modelling in Revit
• Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
