Job summary

Grab is seeking a Strategic and Planning Southern Sumatera Associate to join our Palembang team in Indonesia. You will develop and implement strategic initiatives for operations in Southern Sumatera, performing analytics, performance monitoring, and project management of key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
• 3+ years of experience in strategic planning or related field
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Experience presenting complex findings to non-technical audiences
• Experience working in or with Indonesian markets, particularly Southern Sumatera regions
• Understanding of regional economic trends in Southern Sumatera

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and research to identify opportunities and challenges in the target regions
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings

We are seeking a Strategic and Planning Southern Sumatera Associate to join our team in Palembang, Indonesia. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for our operations in the Southern Sumatera regions of Indonesia.

This position is intended to support the Operations Team by providing insightful data analytics, performance monitoring and project management of key initiatives. You will be reporting to the Manager. The role will be onsite and based in Palembang.
