As a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager in Seven Retail, you won’t just sit behind strategy decks, you will play a key role in driving ideas into execution. You will be responsible for shaping high-level strategic initiatives while also owning the end-to-end implementation and performance monitoring of critical projects.

Job Description:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution

• Develop and refine the company's strategic roadmap, aligning it with overall business goals and objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal data to identify growth opportunities and risks
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to execute strategic projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and deliver measurable outcomes.

2. Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement

• Evaluate current business operations to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve productivity, cost management, and quality
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess operational performance, and use data-driven insights to optimize processes
