Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Strategy & Operations leader to drive ideas into execution, shaping high-level strategic initiatives and owning end-to-end implementation and performance monitoring across CX, cost efficiency, and commercial operations.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, align roadmaps with business goals, and guide senior executives with data-backed insights while mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5+ years experience in program management, strategy consulting and field operations.
• Proficiency in managing daily operations, coordinating between departments, and ensuring efficient resource allocations.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data, evaluate program performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and refine the company's strategic roadmap and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve productivity and cost management.
• Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Advise senior executives, mentor cross-functional teams, and communicate updates and proposals clearly.
