Job summary

StickEarn, an advertising technology company in Indonesia, offers a Strategy & Special Projects Intern role in Jakarta. You will support strategic initiatives across the StickEarn Group and joint ventures, working with leadership and cross-functional teams on strategy, market research, and GTM efforts.

You'll assist in preparing business cases, presentations, and reports, while gaining exposure to operations, product, marketing, and partnerships in a hands-on internship with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Final-year student from any major, preferably business, management or related fields.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with good communication skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and project execution.
• Proficiency in AI prompting and Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning across multiple business initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to inform decisions.
• Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for new products and campaigns.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, and executive materials.
• Track project performance and identify risks with actionable improvements.
• Analyze business data to generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Document processes and help optimize workflows.
• Contribute to ad hoc strategic initiatives from leadership.
