Job summary

StickEarn is offering a Strategy & Special Projects Intern position in Jakarta. You will support strategic initiatives, work with leadership, and collaborate across marketing, operations, product, and business teams to drive key projects.

Ideal candidates are final-year students with strong analytical and project management skills, proficient in AI prompting and Google Workspace, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Final-year student from any major, preferably Business/Management/Marketing or related fields.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across marketing, operations, product, and business teams.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in AI prompting (Claude & ChatGPT) and Google Workspace (Slides & Sheets).
• Experience with Notion or other project management tools is a plus.
• Skilled in using Canva or other visual design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and execution across multiple business initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure project milestones and timelines are achieved.
• Contribute to market, customer, and competitor research to support business decisions.
• Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for new products, campaigns, and partnerships.
• Assist in preparing business cases, presentations, reports, and executive materials.
• Participate in project performance tracking and help identify potential risks and recommend actionable improvements.
• Assist in analyzing business and marketing data to generate insights for decision-making.
• Support stakeholder management by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Contribute to operational excellence by documenting processes and improving workflows.
• Take part in ad hoc strategic initiatives assigned by leadership.
