Job summary

PT Lion Super Indo is seeking a Senior Strategy & Transformation professional in Jakarta Pusat to drive execution of strategic priorities and lead cross-functional programs. The role focuses on translating strategy into roadmaps with clear milestones, KPIs, and accountability, while guiding governance and issue resolution at the portfolio level.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in Strategy or related fields, with 5 years in leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or other quantitative/technical disciplines.
• Total experience min 8 years in Strategy, Business Transformation, Management Consulting, PMO, Corporate Planning, or related fields.
• 5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, or transformation programs.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong capability in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams, strategic projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• High learning agility, ownership, and drive for results in a fast-paced environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
