Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
3–6 years of progressive work experience in relevant areas.
Exposure to international business, global trends, or export regulations preferred.
Strong business acumen linking strategic initiatives to measurable impact.
Proven project management, risk management, and change management capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Highly adaptable with ability to unlearn and relearn new ways of working.
Ambitious, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and resistance to change.

Responsibilities

Develop transformation roadmap and drive profitability, operations excellence, and performance.
Translate leadership priorities into clear initiatives, action plans, and measurable outcomes.
Lead cross-functional programs from concept to implementation.
Monitor progress and ensure alignment with long-term business ambitions.
Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies during change initiatives.
Engage stakeholders and foster an agile, collaborative culture across levels.
