Rumah Sakit Masmitra invites an Recruitment Staff to join our HR team in Bekasi. You will manage end-to-end recruitment from posting jobs to onboarding, ensuring staffing aligns with hospital needs while compliant with employment regulations.

You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate offers and onboarding, and maintain HRIS data. You will support talent management and contract extensions to sustain a capable workforce.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology required.
• Fresh graduates allowed; at least 1 year in recruitment is preferred.
• Experience in HR management, recruitment and talent management preferred.
• Strong understanding of employment regulations and laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging job postings and distribute to platforms.
• Screen applicants to identify match with criteria.
• Schedule and conduct interviews; present company and role.
• Coordinate offers, salary discussions, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and HRIS records.
• Monitor contract extensions and talent management processes.
